A Custom Webflow Site for a Creative Counsellor

Ewa Mikrut is a BACP registered creative counsellor working through expressive arts with teenagers and neurodivergent adults, in English and Polish. I built her site in Webflow on Client-First, structured so the free resources do the first work and the booking follows.

  • Gated resource downloads - popup captures name and email.
  • Klaviyo integration - every download becomes a subscriber.
  • Filterable resource library - kids, or teens and adults.
  • Blog on Webflow CMS - Ewa writes and publishes herself.
  • Reviews run on the CMS - added without touching the design.
  • GSAP animations - scroll-triggered, tuned to feel calm.
  • Newsletter capture site-wide - one list, one place to grow.

Problems & solutions

Great Work, No Way to Be Found

Problem
Ewa had a full practice built on referrals, wellbeing groups and published therapeutic books, but nowhere to send anyone. Prospective clients who heard her name and searched found nothing explaining who she works with, how sessions run or what they cost. In therapy that silence reads as risk, and people book the practitioner whose website answers their questions instead.

A Site That Feels Like the Room

Solution
The build puts the practice online in a way that matches how Ewa actually works. Watercolour artwork made in sessions, soft colour, unhurried spacing and copy in her own voice mean the site does the first ten minutes of reassurance before anyone makes contact. Credentials sit up front: trained at Tobias School of Art & Therapy, registered with the BACP, sessions in English and Polish.

Eight Session Types and No Way to Explain Them

Problem
The practice covers far more than one-to-one counselling: teen sessions, parent and carer support, neurodivergent-informed coaching, student coaching, adult wellbeing groups and therapeutic book workshops for children. Without structure that range confuses people rather than reassuring them, and every enquiry arrived asking the same questions about format, length and price.

A Services Page With Prices on the Page

Solution
Every session type gets a numbered card with duration, price and a direct booking link, from the free 20-minute intro call to group workshops. Prices are published, which filters out mismatched enquiries before they land. A dedicated For You page routes teens, parents and neurodivergent adults to the right place, and an FAQ block answers what used to come in by email.

First Contact Felt Like Too Big a Step

Problem
The people this practice serves are the least likely to fill in a long form. Teenagers, autistic and ADHD adults and exhausted parents abandon anything that feels clinical or high commitment. A standard "request a consultation" form would have quietly lost most of them.

One Low-Pressure Path, Repeated Everywhere

Solution
Every page ends with the same small ask: a free 20-minute intro call, no commitment, framed as a chat rather than an assessment. The form is short, works on a phone, and the copy around it removes the pressure to explain yourself first. One conversion path, repeated in the nav, the hero, mid-page and the footer.

Health & Wellbeing

Built Around How Parents and Teens Actually Decide

Ewa needed a site that could hold a practice, a book list and a resource library at once. People in distress rarely book first, so the site gives something away before it asks for anything.

I am so happy with the results. My website is wonderful and professional. Working with Alex was a great experience. Her holistic approach makes lots of difference for someone like me who’s not familiar with IT language and has little knowledge about SEO etc.. thank you very much .

Enquiries that no longer depend on referrals

Every session type, price and credential now sits on a page that can be found, shared and linked to. Enquiries can come from search, from Instagram, from the back of a book, or from a GP passing on a link, instead of only from someone who already knows the name.

Better enquiries, fewer wasted conversations

Published prices, clear session lengths and a detailed FAQ let people qualify themselves before they get in touch. The intro calls that get booked are with clients who already understand the format, the cost and the approach, so far more of them turn into ongoing work.

A site that grows without a developer

The journal, resources, books and artwork gallery all run on Webflow CMS inside a Client-First structure. Ewa publishes new content herself in minutes, and each post adds another indexable page targeting the terms her future clients are searching.
